If you ordered online, and your product is too big or too small, you can also exchange it online for a different size.

Unfortunately we can only offer this service for UK orders.
Please note you need to log your exchange request with 14 days of receiving your order. 

You can also exchange items in any of our High Street Stores (excluding Factory Outlets) – please check our store locator for details here.

Once we receive your return parcel we will process your exchange order immediately and ship to you at no additional cost.

We will hold your replacement order for 28 days waiting for the return; if we do not receive it your exchange order will be cancelled.

Please note that any store purchase or order that is placed in one of our stores can only be exchanged by returning the item to one of our stores.

When returning items to a store they must be accompanied with a receipt, be unworn and still have all labels attached.
