Unfortunately we can only offer this service for UK orders.
Please note you need to log your exchange request with 14 days of receiving your order.
You can also exchange items in any of our High Street Stores (excluding Factory Outlets) – please check our store locator for details - https://www.moss.co.uk/store/finder
Once we receive your order we will process your exchange immediately and ship to you at no additional cost.
We will hold your replacement order for 28 days waiting for the return; if we do not receive it your exchange order will be cancelled.
Please note that any store purchase or order that is placed in stores (even for home delivery) can only be exchanged or returned at one of our stores.
