Once you have requested an exchange on our website, we reserve the replacement stock for 30 days while we wait to receive the item you are returning. Once we have received your return, the replacement size will be dispatched.
If we do not receive your return parcel within 30 days, we will assume you have changed your mind and the exchange order will be automatically cancelled.
If this is not the case please contact us and we can resolve this for you.
