For us to reserve the garments you want, you are required to pay a deposit at time of ordering, which is 50% of the Grand Total of your order or you can choose to pay in full.
Where your order is made within 30 days of the collection or delivery date, it must be paid for in full immediately.
For online orders, the remaining balance will be automatically collected from your account you used for your initial payment 28 days before your event. Your Hire will only be despatched when full payment has been received.
If you booked in-store and are collecting from one of our stores, you can pay your final balance at any time or when you pick up your order from your collection store.
When collecting your order, a card will be required for a security deposit.
Please note: we are unable to take balance payments or security deposits over the phone, this has to be done at one of our stores.
