Where possible, someone should be in when your parcel is due to be delivered as we may need a signature.
If this isn't possible, please contact the delivery company and arrange for the parcel to be left with a neighbor, in a safe pace or rearrange the delivery date, our delivery partner will usually try to deliver more than once.
You will be able to do this using the tracking information you receive once the order is dispatched.
