Custom Made orders can be amended or cancelled during the cooling off period, this period ends at 2pm the day after payment has been taken for the order. 

Once this time frame has passed the order can not be cancelled or any part changed.


To cancel or edit your order, you will need to reach out to the store the order was created at or our Customer Support Team, please note, the cut off is 2pm but time will need to be left to allow the changes to be processed.
